CARDIO

Cardio is a great way to reduce body fat but keep in mind that there is a triangle. The triangle includes
cardio, nutrition and resistance training. If you do not include all three in your active routine you will hit
a wall which will cause you to get frustrated and quit. Cardio is excellent for the heart but without the other two components your skin will remain loose. Resistance training will allow you to to tighten as
you drop your body fat level and eating properly will assist your muscles with developement.
Focus on how you feel in your clothes and not the scale because muscle weighs more than fat so the
scale can play mind games with you. You will drop inches first so remain consistant and focused.
